Summary:
Coordinates the scheduling and timeliness of the production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines.
Their duties include managing material and equipment availability, scheduling production and monitoring the production process for problems.
Essential job functions:
Planning, scheduling and coordinating production through use of EWF and ERP systems.
Using ERP system to evaluate raw material and equipment availability, ensuring everything is in place for production.
Scheduling shifts and employees to provide proper coverage.
Reporting on the production status and any production issues to operations leadership.
Handling production disruptions and productivity problems.
Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
Other duties as assigned by location specifics.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of production processes Technical skills using ERP and scheduling software High school diploma/GED Strong communication, and teamwork skills Organizational and time-management skills Company Profile:
