Goal of this position:
Accurate and timely financial transactions, reporting, record keeping and compliance to support operations and decision making throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
Full accounting functions, AP, AR, payroll, customer invoicing Reconciliations Budgeting, job cost accounting, reporting and analysis Project and tracking of Work in Process for multiple jobs State and federal licensing, reporting and compliance Develop and implement systems and processes Direct interface with operations personnel and management Primary interface with external accountant Qualifications and skills:
Five years bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing, job shop production or construction environment Degree in accounting Fluency with Quickbooks Online Experience working on multiple objectives in a matrix organization Technologically savvy Experience with direct customer interaction a plus Management experience a plus Personal Characteristics:
Passionate about the Tanglewood mission Systems thinker Organized, able to manage multiple objectives simultaneously Strong business acumen Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word Understanding percent complete revenue realization is a plus Good interpersonal skills Able to hold others accountable to their objectives Work well under pressure Good at influence management Willingness to learn new skills Results focused JOIN our diverse team at Tanglewood Conservatories where we help you produce results.
